Because our items are custom-made and printed to order, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and cancellations. Please review our guidelines carefully before placing an order.
1. No Returns or Refunds All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns or issue monetary refunds for change of mind, cancellations, or unwanted items once an order has been placed.
2. Order Cancellations
Prepaid Orders: Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed, as production begins immediately.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing aetherclothingblr@gmail.com with your order number. After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as the order may have already entered production and dispatch.
COD Delivery Refusal: If a COD order is refused at delivery or returned undelivered, the customer will be liable for return shipping charges. Repeated delivery refusals may result in COD being permanently disabled for that account.
3. Exchanges Only We only replace or exchange items under the following two specific conditions: Damaged or Defective Items: If your garment arrives torn, misprinted, or otherwise damaged, we will gladly arrange a replacement. Size Differences: If the size delivered does not match your ordered size, or if you require a different size due to fit issues, an exchange can be processed.
4. Sizing Exchange Shipping Costs Customer Responsibility: For exchanges related to size preferences, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. How to Request an Exchange or Cancellation To initiate an exchange or a COD cancellation, please follow these steps: Contact Us: Email our support team at aetherclothingblr@gmail.com with your order number. Cancellations: Must be requested within 24 hours of order placement (COD only). Exchanges: Must be requested within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Attach clear photos of the damage or a photo showing the size tag of the garment. Review: Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
